Lonepine Prairie Pillows Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Lonepine Prairie Pillows will accept your returns for
exchange, credit or refund within 15 days of the original shipment date. No refunds will be issued after 30 days
from the original shipment date. Merchandise returned after 15 days of the original shipment date will be charged a
$30 restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be in new condition with all of the original attached tags and packaging
intact.
Custom Orders may not be returned. Please order fabric and trim swatches if there is any question regarding color
or fabric type before placing a Custom Order.
You are responsible for shipping charges and insurance for the merchandise you are returning.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise. If you are exchanging an item, please include the style
name, size and color of the new item. You will be charged appropriate shipping on the new item.

You must request a Return Authorization Number before returning any merchandise to Lonepine Prairie Pillows.

How to Ship Your Return or Exchange
You must have a Return Authorization Number before you can make a return. Be sure to clearly write the Return
Authorization Number on the outside of your package, and include a copy of your packing slip, email order confirmation,
or a printed copy of your order inside the package. Ship your return to:

If you are to receive a credit, allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
If there is any additional amount owed, your credit card will be charged for any replacement merchandise when shipped.
